I aim to ship all purchases withing 48 hours. Once I've processed the order, shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be provided. If there is a delay in shipping, I will notify you as soon as possible.
All New Zealand orders are delivered by NZ Post with tracking and signature.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase. I can refund the cost if products are returned in acceptable condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The buyer must cover the return postage costs.
